How It Works

Start by choosing your beach. Oahu has many to offer and something for everyone. Don’t be afraid to ask us which beach might best suit your needs.

Choose from one of our gear packages or assemble your own. Weekly rentals include one delivery and one pick up. An additional delivery fee will be applied to multiple drop off/pick ups.

Call your order into our offices. We will need your contact information, the date, time, and beach you would like to visit, as well as a credit card to keep on file during your beach day.

Over the phone we will also give you a specific address and meeting place to meet up with your delivery driver, as well as any other details you may need to ensure that you have a successful experience.

We do our best to arrive before your scheduled delivery time and have your package set up on the beach in advance. However, at times of high order volume this may not be possible and we will do our best to have everything set up for your use as timely as possible.

Your delivery driver will ask for a tentative pick up time from you. You may call in to our offices at anytime to change this once your beach day has started, but we will need up to an hour to get to you so keep this in mind throughout your day. If you are starting to feel a little sunbaked, don’t wait until its too late to call us.

Your order will be picked up promptly; we’ll take care of the clean up. You may have dinner reservations, so we do our best to get you back on the road as timely as possible.

Your credit card is processed back at our offices when your order is complete.
